Once you order the bundle, you will be sent an email to the email address that you provided with a link to access the download page. You can download each file individually (this is recommended) or try the download all button.  The download all button might not get them all depending on what browser you use and tour internet, but you can still download any missing items that you see. Trying different browsers or devices might help. 

If you DO NOT get the email, which is sent immediately and automatically when you buy the bundle, please check all SPAM folders and search your email for "SendOwl" to find it. If you still don't have it, you may have an accidental typo your email address when you entered it, which we can change and resend the emai if you you email us at support at UWLBundle@gmail.com for further assistance. 

You have 1 year to download the content. We do not offer refunds on this bundle so PLEASE download the content in a timely manner as we cannot refund you after the year is up even if you have not downloaded anything. Once the content is on your device, you can open and use it as long as you like and as many times as you like after that unlimitedly until you delete the file. Make sure you always backup your files in case something happens to your device later down the road and you lose them. 

If you need help resetting your download limits you can email us as well with your order number from your receipt.

We will not share your email address with anyone. If you sign up for courses that are part of the bundle, however, you will get onto the email list of that specific contributor but can unsubscribe anytime you like from any of the lists you apply to. We here at the bundle will NOT share your email with anyone. They are private. 

Once you order the bundle you have one year to download the content. We will keep the PDF files up for you to download but after the one year, you can no longer download so it is highly recommended that you download everything you need as soon as possible and back up the files in a safe place like Google Drive, Dropbox, USB or external drive. We here at the bundle are not responsible for the content or tech support provided by each contributor. If there is an issue with a certain contributors content (link not working, not able to access or any other problem with their content) please reach out to the original author or creator of the piece of content to get further assistance.
